...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM CDT FOR
CENTRAL BURKE COUNTY...

At 832 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles south of
Flaxton, or 29 miles north of Stanley, moving north at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Bowbells, Powers Lake, Lignite, Flaxton and Coteau.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM CDT for a portion of
northwest North Dakota.
