...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN MCHENRY AND SOUTHEASTERN WARD COUNTIES...

At 1036 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sawyer, or 11
miles southeast of Minot, moving northeast at 45 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR PORTIONS OF MCLEAN, WARD, AND MCHENRY
COUNTIES.

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles.
         Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

This severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Sawyer around 1040 PM CDT. Surrey around 1045 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Logan,
Norwich and Simcoe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter now inside an interior room on the lowest floor of a
well-built structure. This storm is capable of producing widespread
destructive winds.
