* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Grant County in south central North Dakota...
  Central Morton County in south central North Dakota...
  Sioux County in south central North Dakota...
  Southeastern Adams County in southwestern North Dakota...
  Southeastern Hettinger County in southwestern North Dakota...

* Until 945 PM CDT /845 PM MDT/.

* At 841 PM CDT /741 PM MDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along
  a line from 18 miles northeast of Mott to near North Lemmon, or
  along a line from 35 miles southeast of Dickinson to 20 miles east
  of Hettinger, moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  New Salem, Elgin, Carson, Flasher, New Leipzig, Fort Yates,
  Selfridge, Almont, Shields, Heart Butte Dam, Judson, Burt, Lark,
  Raleigh, Leith, St. Gertrude, Heil, Porcupine, Standing Rock and
  Fish Creek Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing
widespread damaging winds and large hail.
