...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN HOWARD AND NORTHERN
WINNESHIEK COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM CDT...

At 447 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ridgeway, or near Cresco, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Ridgeway around 450 PM CDT.
  Decorah around 505 PM CDT.
