Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.40 inches will build across Lake Erie tonight
into Monday. Another cold front crosses the lake Tuesday night
before high pressure returns Wednesday and Thursday. This high
drifts toward the Mid Atlantic Friday ahead of another cold front
for next weekend.
