The freezing drizzle may deposit a thin layer of ice on untreated and elevated surfaces, such as sidewalks and bridges. Fog will be dense at times in southwest parts of the state, with visibility reduced to one quarter mile or less. Motorists should use caution on the morning commute and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions. Do not use cruise control and leave plenty of stopping distance ahead of you.
