* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
  accumulations between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, southeast, and southwest North
  Dakota.

* WHEN...Saturday morning through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility.
