The strengthening low will track NE along the coast of Maine tonight while pulling a strong cold front across the area. A series of low pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts will move across the waters Mon into Wed as high pressure gradually builds E towards the coast. The high will build offshore Wed and Wed night, then shift E of the region Thu while weakening.
