...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL JACKSON COUNTY THROUGH
300 AM CDT...

At 212 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles south of Ava, or 8 miles west of Murphysboro, moving southeast
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Carbondale, Murphysboro, Cedar Lake Area, and Gorham.
