MAXIMUM WIND GUSTS: 90 TO 110 KM/H IN THUNDERSTORMS. POTENTIAL HAIL SIZE: 1 TO 2 CM. MAXIMUM RAINFALL RATES: LOCALLY 25 MM PER HOUR IN THUNDERSTORMS. LOCATIONS: VICTORIA AND CARLETON COUNTIES, AND SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF MOUNT CARLETON TIME SPAN: BETWEEN NOW AND 5.30 PM.
