New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over the waters
this morning will weaken later today. A weak low and associated
cold front will move S and SE over the waters tonight into Mon.
The front will clear S of the waters by later Mon. High pressure
will build S over the region Mon night, and persist over the
waters Tue into Wed. The high will shift E and SE of the waters
Wed night. A warm front will approach from the S Thu as a cold
front slides E across New England. The warm front will lift N
over the waters Thu night as the cold front approaches the coast.
