...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN DAKOTA...
NORTHEASTERN STEELE...SOUTHEASTERN SCOTT...SOUTHWESTERN GOODHUE AND
RICE COUNTIES THROUGH 745 AM CDT...

At 703 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lonsdale to near
Claremont. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Faribault, Northfield, Bloomington, Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville,
Apple Valley, Savage, Rosemount, Farmington, Cannon Falls, and
Lonsdale.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 52 and 80.
 U.S. Highway 14 near mile marker 182.
