NORTHEASTERN KEARNEY...SOUTHEASTERN BUFFALO AND SOUTHERN HALL
COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 611 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Shelton, or 18 miles northwest of Hastings, moving northeast at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Wood River around 620 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 288 and 312.
