At 955 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Covington, or 7 miles east of Danville, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
State Line City and Foster.

This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 1 and 4.
