* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 837 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line from 5 NM northeast of Buoy L
  to over Buoy K C, moving south at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tug Delta Diamond, Sayler Barge, Tug Senasqua, Dredge Henry, Latex
  Barge, Buoy L, Tug Matt Turecamo, C C A Buoy, 110 Degree Olympic
  Buoy, Sailboat Jupiter, Motherlode Barge and Buoy K C.
