  West central Spokane County in northeastern Washington...
  Southeastern Okanogan County in north central Washington...

* Until 1045 PM PDT.

* At 912 PM PDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 11 miles northwest of Fairchild AFB to 25 miles
  northwest of Ritzville, moving north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Davenport, Lincoln, Wilbur, Reardan, Springdale, Creston, Little
  Falls Dam, Govan, Fruitland, Gravelles, Cedonia, Coffeepot Lake,
