  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
  Galveston Bay...
  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 658 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Galveston
  282 to 11 nm northwest of Galveston A122 to near Brazos A85,
  moving east at 20 knots. The strongest thunderstorms are offshore.
  But gusty winds could occur for areas along the coast as well.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
