SOUTHWESTERN DAWES...SIOUX...SOUTHEASTERN NIOBRARA...NORTHERN GOSHEN
AND NORTHEASTERN PLATTE COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM MDT...

At 740 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles south of Prairie Center, or 17 miles north of Torrington,
moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Torrington, Lingle, Harrison, Fort Laramie, Van Tassell, Agate Fossil
Beds National Monument, Pine Ridge Estates, Prairie Center, Jay Em,
Fort Laramie National Historic Site, Flahertys Corner, Fort Robinson
State Park, and Hwy 85 At Dry Rawhide Creek.
