  Highlands, South Central Mountains, Guadalupe County, Northeast
  Highlands, and Southwest Chaves County.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust will develop Sunday
  afternoon and may limit visibility to less than one mile in dust
  prone areas.
