* At 522 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near South
  Russell, or 12 miles south of Chardon, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           damage to trees and power lines.

  Warren, Cortland, South Russell, Middlefield, Garrettsville,
  Kinsman, North Bloomfield, Orwell, Burton, Andover, West
