  Southern Adams County in northeastern Indiana...
  Jay County in east central Indiana...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 711 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Pennville, or
  9 miles northwest of Portland, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Portland, Montpelier, Geneva, Pennville, Westchester, Center,
  Nottingham, Bryant, Salamonia, Trinity, Ceylon, Brice, Dillman,
  Petroleum, Bellfountain, College Corner, Liber, Keystone, Blaine,
