  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

  Kenton, Ada, Forest, Dunkirk, Alger, Waynesfield, Blanchard,
  Roundhead, Mcguffey, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, Patterson, Dola, Grant,
