...WIDESPREAD RAIN SHOWERS ARE HEAVY AT TIMES DURING THE MID AND
LATE AFTERNOON...

WEATHER...

 * Widespread rain showers expand coverage and increase intensity
   during mid to late afternoon.

 * Short periods of heavy rain are likely along and south of the
   M-59 corridor producing rainfall totals around a half inch from
   2 PM to 5 PM.

IMPACTS...

 * Expect ponding of water on area roads and reduced visibility
   for motorists until the rain diminishes after 6 PM.
