* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal and outer waters from Manasquan Inlet to Cape May NJ...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 1058 PM EDT, a front capable of producing waterspouts was
  located along a line extending from near Sea Breeze to 12 nm
  southwest of Slaughter Beach, moving east at 50 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Boats
           could suffer significant structural damage in high winds.
           Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves.

  Atlantic City, Little Egg Reef, Buoy 2fb, Atlantic City Reef, Buoy
  3fb, Great Egg Inlet, Deepwater Reef, Garden State South Reef,
