* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from Pascagoula Mississippi to Stake Island out 20
  NM...
  Lake Borgne...
  Mississippi Sound...

* Until 415 AM CDT.

* At 312 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Bay St. Louis to Montegut, moving east at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Buoy.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Yscloskey, Waveland, Pass Christian, Ship Island, Lake Borgne, Cat
  Island, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi Sound, Pascagoula, Long Beach,
  Rigolets, Gulf Park Estates, Port Sulphur, Ocean Springs, Gulfport,
  and Biloxi.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for southeastern
Louisiana...and southern Mississippi.

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
Wind gusts to 40 knots, small hail, high waves, dangerous lightning,
and heavy rain are possible with these storms.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or the National Weather
Service.
