  inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In New York, the northern Adirondacks. In Vermont, Eastern
  Rutland and Western Windsor Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 2 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.
