* WHAT...Heavy snow expected beginning later today continuing
  through Friday. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet with
  up to 4 feet possible on Mount Rainier.

* WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and Northern King Counties, Cascades
  of Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Cascades of Pierce and Lewis
  Counties, and Cascades of Southern King County.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible especially
  this afternoon through Friday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
