* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Elk, Northern Centre,
  Somerset, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Friday to 2 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
