WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 5 inches, with
  the greatest amounts across higher terrain.

* WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie
  Counties. The greatest accumulations will be across higher terrain.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions with
  reduced visibility at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited
visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.

7 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected late tonight through Wednesday, followed by
  more localized lake effect snow Wednesday night through early
  Thursday. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9 inches in the most
  persistent snows across Oswego County and the Tug Hill Plateau,
  falling in several different batches with a break between.

* WHERE...Oswego and Lewis Counties. The greatest accumulations will
  be across portions of Oswego County and the Tug Hill Plateau.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Wednesday to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult at times with snow covered
  roads and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact
  the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
